Richard John Smith, 27, and Michael Andrew Sexton, 29, both from Cheltenham, were found guilty of robbery and murder on, Wednesday December 21, 2011, following a three week trial at Bristol Crown Court. Smith was given a 28 year jail sentence for murder and a six year sentence for robbery, to run concurrently.

Jason Sanderlin, 21, is accused on felony counts of aggravated assault, robbery, conspiracy and criminal trespass; and misdemeanor counts of making terroristic threats, false imprisonment and indecent assault, police said, according to WTAJ.
In court docs, state police said Sanderlin used an automatic rifle to force three people on the ground at an apartment in Tyrone, Pennsylvania on January 21 - after he kicked down the door to the dwelling.
