Ozzy Osbourne is finally done being a nomad and has settled down for a cool $10 mil in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Beverly Hills.

Ozzy’s new 5,680 sq. ft. pad has 5 bedrooms, 5 ½ baths and a 2 story guest house with its own garage. The English style country estate has a Playboy-esque grotto that's covered in roses and ivy.

Back in 2013, the Osbournes sold their previous residence to Jessica Simpson for $11.5 mil. Ever since then, Ozzy has been renting around Los Angeles without finding a permanent place to call home.

But now that one of the most prestigious streets in BH had an opening, Ozzy and fam snatched it up … and we’re told homes on this block rarely come up for sale. Guess it pays off to be patient.
