  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. 

  • You can begin the returns process through the returns portal in the customer area.

  • Select the item you need to return and give a reason for doing so.

  • Print your prepaid returns label and drop your parcel at the Collect Plus shop closest to you. 

  • You can track your return and refund in the customer area. 

    • Can I get next-day delivery at Rubbersole?

    While Rubbersole can’t guarantee next-day delivery, Express Delivery through Evri is available on all orders coming from the UK warehouse. For £3.98 per order, you’ll receive your purchases within 2 working days when ordering before noon on a weekday. Standard delivery is complimentary on orders coming from the UK warehouse, and you should receive your order in 2-4 working days. Orders coming from France will arrive within 6 working days and carry an additional delivery charge of £4.98.
